SCALEX Astana is an international B2B forum for logistics and supply chains along the Middle Corridor

SSCALEX Astana is an international B2B forum dedicated to logistics and supply chains along the Middle Corridor. The forum will bring together cargo owners, manufacturers, distributors, carriers, logistics operators, freight forwarders, providers of digital and technological solutions, as well as representatives of government agencies and industry associations.

The primary objective of SCALEX Astana is to provide a business platform for establishing new partnerships, identifying customers, exchanging practical expertise, and discussing the key challenges and opportunities shaping international logistics and trade.

The forum's conference programme will focus on international transport corridors, multimodal transportation, warehousing and distribution, supply chain digitalization, customs facilitation, risk management, and resilient logistics. Participants will benefit from industry conferences, panel discussions, expert sessions, and pre-arranged B2B meetings designed to foster international cooperation and business development.

SCALEX Astana will be held alongside the international exhibitions Comtrux Astana and Bautrux Astana, creating a comprehensive business platform for professionals in logistics, commercial transport, construction machinery, and specialized equipment. The co-located format will connect manufacturers, carriers, equipment suppliers, infrastructure companies, transport service buyers, and public sector representatives in one venue.

The strong market demand for this integrated platform was demonstrated by the 2026 editions of Comtrux Astana and Eurasian Construction Technology Astana—the predecessor of Bautrux Astana. Together, the exhibitions featured 147 exhibitors from 22 countries, welcomed 2,786 trade visitors, and occupied 8,963 square metres of exhibition space. The business programme included more than 650 B2B meetings and eight industry sessions featuring 27 international and national speakers.

Key topics of the forum include:

  • Procurement logistics and supply chain management;
  • Warehousing, automation, and inventory management;
  • Road, rail, maritime, and air freight;
  • Multimodal transportation;
  • Ports, terminals, and transport infrastructure;
  • Freight forwarding and distribution;
